All but two of us met as a result of our volunteer work at the American Marketing Association. The other two, I've known for the better part of my adult life. Our strategic partners are all trusted resources with years of collaboration between us. We're friends and work colleagues with a deep respect for each other's time, talent and expertise, and we are all champions of diversity, equity and inclusion.
We've made amazing things happen (but that's a longer story) and now want to amplify this magic to form a one-of-a-kind collective where you get the best of each one of us and the diverse perspectives you need to shore up your organization, see around corners, and get you where you need to go. Expect us to ask a lot of questions and be all in your business. It's our process, and we make no excuses for it.

karen mcfarlaneFounder + chief CmO (she/her)With over 25 years of marketing experience, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge in strategy, revenue generation, branding, and digital marketing to organizations that want to map creativity and ingenuity to audiences that value their products or services. She helps startups, SMBs, and enterprises generate the demand they need to grow. This includes jump-starting the marketing function, building and training teams, and managing key marketing initiatives. As a certified DEI practitioner, she strongly advocates for inclusive marketing and actively champions equity through her engagements, volunteer work, and speaking engagements at industry events and conferences.

mei lin wnukChief marketer (she/her)Mei Lin is an expert in marketing, communications, and media relations with an entrepreneurial and international background. She has a keen interest in technology-based, consumer growth businesses, including working with companies in mobile, social networking, and gaming. Her wheelhouse includes marketing strategy, communications, digital, branding, social media, community management, public relations, and investor relations for startups to enterprises.

MISTY WILSONchief marketer (she/her)As a futuristic thinker, Misty is a creator and a builder. Her extensive background in qualitative and quantitative analysis enables her to design fully integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns that accelerate ROI by analyzing, interpreting, and turning metrics into actionable insights in real-time. She began her career in PR, event planning, and digital marketing, where she’s spent the last 17 years spearheading international campaigns for both B2B and B2C campaigns across 8 different verticals. In addition to PR, marketing, and data, one of her greatest passions is diversity, equity, and inclusion. She recently founded two new ventures: Dexter Lilly Marketing and Grits and Glam headwear.

grayam churchux + product designer (he/Him)Grayam is an enthusiastic, results-driven UX and Product Designer with a passion for transforming intricate processes into simple, user-friendly designs. Since starting his journey as a Freelance Web Designer, Grayam has developed a deep appreciation for design's impact on the customer experience. He studied psychology at Pennsylvania State University and earned a UX/UI Design certification through a 10-month intensive boot camp.
